OxbitPreFlight is licensed, not sold. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on macOS devices you own or control.
The application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to help you avoid App Store rejections, we cannot guarantee that your app will be approved by Apple review. You are solely responsible for compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
In no event shall Oxbit Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oxbit Labs is registered.
